  • People aged 12 to 20 years old (girls or boys) who are living with chronic pain
  • People who have been formally diagnosed with chronic pain at a Pain Management Centre
  • People who are currently being treated at a Pain Management Centre, where their pain has not been relieved by standard treatments
  • People who have given written consent to take part (for those 18 and over), or whose parents or guardians have given written consent (for those under 18)
  • People who are enrolled in or covered by a social security system

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who have other neurological or psychological conditions
  • People who have a psychiatric illness
  • People who have a long-term infectious, metabolic, cancer-related, or autoimmune disease
  • People who have communication difficulties, including those who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • People, or parents/guardians, who do not speak or read French
  • People who are pregnant
  • People who work professionally in dance or yoga, or who are currently training to become a dance or yoga teacher
