  • People who are scheduled to receive chemotherapy for colorectal cancer, either before surgery, after surgery, or as a first treatment for advanced cancer, as determined by their oncology team

  • People living with dementia, psychotic disorders, or other conditions affecting thinking or memory that would make it difficult to take part in an exercise-based trial
  • People who are unable to sign a consent form
  • People who have had an appointment at a geriatric (older adult specialist) outpatient clinic within the past six months
