Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older at the time of signing the consent form
- You are reasonably active and able to care for yourself, with only mild limitations on physical activity (confirm with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with a solid tumor that has spread, cannot be surgically removed, or is locally advanced, confirmed by a tissue or cell sample
- You have already received standard treatments that were available to you

- Your liver, kidneys, and other organs are functioning well enough based on recent blood tests
- If you are able to become pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test at the start of the study

- You have a known allergy or serious reaction to the study drugs (TNG462 or pembrolizumab) or their ingredients
- You have another serious illness that is not well controlled and could affect your ability to take part in the study
- You currently have an active infection that requires treatment with medication given into the bloodstream
- You are currently taking part in, or planning to join, another clinical trial testing a different experimental drug or device
- You have a stomach or bowel condition that could affect how your body absorbs the oral study drug
- You have another active cancer at the same time (confirm with trial site)
- You have cancer that has spread to the brain and is causing worsening symptoms
- You currently have an active liver disease of any kind
- You are HIV positive, unless your immune cell count, viral levels, and HIV treatment all meet specific requirements (confirm with trial site)
- You have a significant heart or blood vessel condition (confirm with trial site)
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- You are unwilling or unable to attend scheduled visits, take the study drug as planned, or follow other study requirements
