Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been living with Type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months
• You are between 18 and 64 years old
• You speak English or Spanish

• You have a developmental or sensory disability that would make it difficult to take part in the study

• You are taking medications or have recently had a medical procedure that could affect your blood sugar levels or interfere with the use of a continuous glucose monitor (a device that tracks blood sugar) during the study
• You have received a type of talk therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in the past year, or you are planning to start CBT
• You have recently started a psychiatric medication and have not yet been on a stable dose for at least 6 weeks (this may be a temporary exclusion — confirm with trial site)
