Who may be able to join
- People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
- People who are male or female and aged 18 or older.
- People who have been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or indeterminate colitis.

- People who are unable or unwilling to swallow capsules.
- People who have an allergy to xylitol (a sugar substitute).
- People whose stool sample has tested positive for a bacteria called Listeria monocytogenes.
