Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (a form of Parkinson's with no known cause) at a moderate stage of the condition

Who may not be able to join:
- People who cannot safely have an MRI scan, for example due to metal implants in the body or severe claustrophobia
- People who score below a certain level on a standard memory and thinking assessment
- People who are currently receiving physiotherapy treatment
- People who have had deep brain stimulation surgery
- People who are unable to walk without physical assistance from a therapist
- People who have an uncontrolled heart or lung condition, a metabolic disease, another neurological condition, or a bone or joint injury that affects the way they walk
