- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have cancer that has spread to the brain
- People who have a blood clot in a deep vein or in the lungs
- People who have an active HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or other uncontrolled infection
- People who have had a severe allergic reaction to chemotherapy drugs
- People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the past 5 years
- People who have experienced nerve damage in their limbs or lung disease affecting the tissue between the air sacs within the past 5 years
- People who are currently participating in another clinical trial
