  • People who are unable to have an MRI scan for any reason
  • People who are pregnant
  • People who have a certain genetic variation affecting how the body processes a specific type of chemotherapy drug (known as an abnormal DPYD genotype)
  • People who have a known medical reason why they cannot safely receive certain chemotherapy drugs used in this trial (5-FU, Capecitabine, or Oxaliplatin), as determined by the treating doctors
