Who might be able to join this trial:

- People aged 18 to 75 years old, of any gender

- People with heart conditions or heart-related symptoms that are not well managed
- People with diabetes where blood sugar levels remain too high even with the best available medical treatment
- People with severe bladder or urinary problems, including serious difficulty urinating, a blocked kidney due to urine backup, severe loss of bladder control, or those who require a permanent urinary catheter for any reason
