  • People who have missed too many scheduled blood sample collection points before a key test result (confirm with trial site for exact details)
  • Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or able to become pregnant and are not using adequate contraception
  • People who have had another cancer diagnosed within the past 5 years, except for certain cured skin cancers or cervical cancer in its earliest stage
  • People with a brain tumour or cancer that has spread to the brain or nervous system and is not well controlled, or who have significant symptoms related to brain pressure or neurological or psychiatric issues
  • People with certain serious or uncontrolled health conditions, including unstable heart disease or a heart attack in the past 6 months, heart failure, severe irregular heartbeat, diagnosed neurological or psychiatric disorders such as dementia or seizures, severe uncontrolled infections, or significant bleeding disorders
  • People with significant loss of function in major organs
  • People whose doctor feels, for any other reason, should not take part in this trial
