Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 or older who are able to give written consent to participate.
• People who started a treatment called teclistamab (first full dose) between 6 and 9 months before joining the trial, and who have been receiving an average dose of at least 1.5 mg/kg per month since their first full dose.
• People who received a teclistamab dose within the 4 weeks before enrolling in the trial.

• People whose myeloma has responded very well to teclistamab — specifically, achieving at least a "very good partial response" (a significant reduction in disease markers) at some point during treatment, with no signs of disease worsening at the time of enrollment.
• People who, before starting teclistamab, had already received treatment with three specific types of therapy: a proteasome inhibitor, a thalidomide-type drug (lenalidomide or pomalidomide), and an anti-CD38 antibody — and who either received 3 or more prior lines of treatment, or whose disease stopped responding to both a proteasome inhibitor and a thalidomide-type drug.
• People who were in reasonably good general health (able to carry out self-care and some daily activities) when they started teclistamab, and who are in good to very good general health at the time of enrollment (confirm with trial site for exact health status scoring).

Who may not be able to join:

• People with a diagnosis of systemic amyloidosis (a condition where abnormal proteins build up in organs).
• People with a condition called POEMS syndrome (a rare disorder affecting multiple body systems due to abnormal plasma cells).
