Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have a score of 15 or higher (out of 50) on a standard questionnaire measuring how much neck problems affect your daily life
- At least three out of four specific physical tests carried out by a clinician suggest you have a pinched or irritated nerve in your neck (confirm with trial site)
- You have been diagnosed with a pinched nerve in your neck between 3 and 24 months ago
- You have not had any neck traction treatment (a therapy that gently stretches the neck) in the last 5 years
- You have had an MRI or CT scan related to your current neck condition before joining the trial
- You are able to understand what the trial involves and have agreed verbally to take part
- You are registered with the French social security system or are a covered dependent
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a problem affecting the arteries in your neck (vertebral artery pathology) at the time of joining
- You have a spinal cord condition, neck cancer, a broken bone in your neck, a dislocated neck vertebra, a slipped vertebra in your neck, an infection in your spine, neck pain without a pinched nerve, or you have had neck surgery in the last 2 years
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial that could affect the results of this study
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or able to become pregnant without using effective contraception
- You are under legal guardianship or have had your personal freedom restricted in any way
- You are under any form of legal protection order or court-appointed protection (confirm with trial site)
