- People who have a confirmed harmful genetic mutation in one of the following genes: MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, or EpCAM
- People who are of legal adult age at the time their colonoscopy is prescribed

- People whose bowel preparation was not adequate enough, based on a specific scoring system used to measure bowel cleanliness (confirm with trial site)
- People who are under legal guardianship or are otherwise legally protected
- People who do not understand French or are unable to read
- People who are not enrolled in a social security system
- People who are pregnant
