Who might be able to join this trial:

- People with uncontrolled tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, or mental health conditions that are not being managed
- People with serious heart, kidney, liver, or blood-related conditions that would make chemotherapy or radiation treatment unsafe
- People who have had another cancer within the past 5 years, with the exception of certain cured early-stage cervical or skin cancers
- People who have previously had rectal surgery, pelvic radiation therapy, or chemotherapy
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People whom the trial investigators consider unsuitable for participation for other reasons (confirm with trial site)
