Who might be able to join this trial:

For patients with pancreatic cancer (Part A):

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that has been treated with pre-surgery therapy (neoadjuvant treatment) and you are scheduled to have surgery to remove the tumour
  • You are able to communicate in Dutch or English with the research team
  • You are willing to follow the study rules and requirements
  • You have agreed to take part by signing a consent form before any study procedures begin

For healthy volunteers (Part B):

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are able to communicate in Dutch or English with the research team
  • You have agreed to take part by signing a consent form before any study procedures begin

Who may not be able to join:

For patients with pancreatic cancer (Part A):

  • You have a history of serious allergic reactions (such as severe anaphylaxis)
  • You have previously received a drug called SGM-101
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have any other condition that the research doctor believes could put your health at risk or affect the study results (confirm with trial site)

For healthy volunteers (Part B):

  • You have previously received a drug called SGM-101
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have any other condition that the research doctor believes could put your health at risk or affect the study results (confirm with trial site)
