Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are proficient enough in Mandarin Chinese to complete the study questionnaire
• People who have a current diagnosis of a depressive or anxiety disorder, confirmed through a specific structured clinical interview called a SCAN

• People who have had a substance use disorder in the past three months
• People who have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder
• People who have a psychotic disorder

• People who have a mental or physical condition that requires admission to hospital
