Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are proficient enough in Mandarin Chinese to complete the study questionnaire
- People who have a current diagnosis of a depressive or anxiety disorder, confirmed through a specific structured clinical interview called a SCAN
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have an intellectual disability
- People who have had a substance use disorder in the past three months
- People who have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder
