Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are currently enrolled in high school (for the first phase) or specifically in 9th through 11th grade (for the main study phase)
- People who score 10 or higher on a standard anxiety questionnaire (GAD-7) or a standard depression questionnaire (PHQ-9)

- People who are currently having thoughts of suicide with a specific plan and intention to act on it — the trial site would refer these individuals to a crisis or suicide risk support service, and eligibility would only be reconsidered once those thoughts have passed
