Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are willing to give written consent and are able to attend all required study visits and follow the study procedures.
  • You are 18 years old or older at the time of your screening appointment.
  • You have high eye pressure or glaucoma that is currently being managed with eye pressure-lowering treatment.
  • You have been diagnosed with dry eye.

Who may not be able to join:

  • Your glaucoma is not well controlled and your doctor expects your eye pressure treatment may need to change in the next 6 months.
  • Your glaucoma eye drops or treatment have been changed in the last 3 months.
  • Your dry eye is severe and needs immediate treatment.
  • You have had eye surgery in the past, unless it was cataract surgery that took place more than 12 months ago.
  • You have had a laser eye procedure within the last 6 months.
  • You have another eye condition such as scarring on the surface of the eye, eye inflammation (uveitis), an eye infection in the last 90 days, or an eye injury in the last 90 days.
  • You have a disorder affecting your eyelids.
  • You wear contact lenses.
  • You use any other eye drops or topical eye treatments besides those for dry eye or glaucoma.
  • You have a known allergy or sensitivity to the study medication or any of its ingredients.
  • Your immune-suppressing medication (taken by mouth or injection) has been changed in the last 6 months.
  • You have a history of alcohol or drug abuse.
  • You have taken part in another clinical trial or used an experimental medical device in the 30 days before your screening visit.
  • You have a significant health condition affecting your heart, lungs, connective tissue, nervous system, or mental health, or any condition that makes a full eye examination difficult (confirm with trial site).
  • You have any other disease or condition that the study doctor believes could put you at risk or affect the study results.
