Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are able to understand the study and are willing to sign a written consent form.
- People aged between 18 and 80 years old.
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within an acceptable range, as measured by a standard oncology scale (ECOG score of 0–2).
- People who have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (a specific type called adenocarcinoma) that has spread to other parts of the body, confirmed by a tissue or cell sample.
- People whose cancer has continued to grow or spread after trying two different chemotherapy treatments.
- People whose blood test results show their organs are functioning at an adequate level.
- People who have at least one tumour that can be measured using standard imaging criteria (called RECIST criteria).

- Women who could become pregnant, and men, must agree to use adequate contraception before and throughout the study period.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have, or have had, a second type of cancer in addition to their pancreatic cancer.
- People whose pathology results confirm a type of pancreatic cancer that is not adenocarcinoma.
- People who have active inflammation in the digestive system, such as pancreatitis, cholecystitis, or cholangitis (inflammation of the pancreas, gallbladder, or bile ducts).
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
- People who have a condition called G6PD deficiency, which affects how the body processes certain substances in red blood cells.
- People who have severe or uncontrolled health conditions that could interfere with following the study plan or affect the reliability of results.
- People with kidney failure or who are currently receiving dialysis.
- People with other serious health conditions that, in the treating doctor's opinion, could significantly risk their safety during treatment.
- People who are unwilling or unable to follow the study procedures.
