Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women between 18 and 43 years old
- Currently pregnant, between 12 and 35 weeks along
- Non-smokers who do not use alcohol or recreational drugs
- People who are financially stable and able to cover basic living costs
- People who have previously been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, or panic disorder (PDA) but are currently doing well mentally
- English speakers
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or above

- People currently diagnosed with other major mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder, psychosis, addiction, or schizophrenia
- People with other serious medical conditions, such as epilepsy or neurological disorders (confirm with trial site)
- People with allergies to fish oils or ingredients found in dietary supplements
- People with conditions that require long-term or repeated use of antibiotics
- People who have a child with a significant mental or physical disability
- Single mothers who have no family support of any kind
- People who smoke, drink alcohol, or use recreational drugs
- People who are not willing to switch to the products provided by the study
- People who already have one or more children under 4 years of age and are expecting another child
- People who do not read or speak English
