Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have a tumour very low in the rectum and have had a specific type of surgery (called intersphincteric resection) along with a temporary bowel diversion (called a preventive ileostomy).

Who may not be able to join:
- People who developed a leakage at the surgical join site or other serious complications after their surgery.
- People whose cancer is at an advanced stage, has come back, or has spread to other parts of the body.

- People who have reasons they cannot receive TMS (a type of brain stimulation treatment), such as metal implants in the skull, a history of epilepsy or seizures, unstable heart conditions, or retinal detachment in the eye (confirm with trial site).
- People who have a diagnosed brain disease caused by a physical condition, or a history of drug or substance abuse.
- People who have another diagnosed mental health condition.
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
