Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman aged 18 or older who identifies as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in the past
- You are able to read and write in English, Mandarin (simplified or traditional), Korean, or Japanese
- You have access to the internet through a computer, mobile phone, or tablet
- You have experienced some level of pain related to cancer in the past week (at least a 1 out of 5 on a symptom scale)
- You have experienced some symptoms of depression in the past two weeks, scoring between 1 and 10 on a standard depression questionnaire (ranging from minimal to moderate depression)
Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years old
- You were diagnosed with breast cancer within the past five years, whether or not you are currently receiving treatment
- You took part in earlier pilot studies run by the lead researcher on this trial
- You are currently receiving active treatment for depression, regardless of how severe your depression is (applies to the later phase of the study)
- You do not have any access to the internet (however, using a shared or community computer is acceptable)
