- You are Chinese and between 12 and 20 years old

- You have started or changed a medication in the past 3 months that can affect your body clock, such as lithium, melatonin, or certain antidepressants (confirm with trial site)
- A clinical team member believes you are at significant risk of suicide, including having a plan or having made an attempt
- You have taken part in another clinical trial within the past month
- You have started or changed antidepressant medication within the past 3 months
- You are currently receiving, or have previously received, a formal talking therapy programme
- You have a hearing or speech difficulty
- You work night shifts
- You have travelled across time zones in the past month or plan to do so during the study
- You have an eye condition such as severe cataracts, glaucoma, or blindness affecting the retina
