  • People taking medications that increase the risk of dehydration, such as lithium, certain antipsychotic medications, or insulin
  • People who have had an active eating disorder or substance use disorder within the past 12 months
  • People who started antidepressant or psychiatric medications less than 8 weeks ago, or who had a dose change less than 4 weeks before the screening visit
  • People who started psychotherapy within the past 3 months
  • People who are not willing to keep their psychiatric medications and psychotherapy unchanged for the entire duration of the study
  • People who have been hospitalised for a psychiatric reason within the past year
  • People diagnosed with a neurological condition that could affect their ability to participate safely
  • People currently receiving ketamine treatment, electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), or transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)
  • People who are unable to follow the study procedures, such as travelling to the yoga studio locations
