Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 18 and 65 years old
- People who are able to give informed consent to participate

- People who are currently having active thoughts of suicide (based on specific questionnaire scores — confirm with trial site)
- People who are currently experiencing symptoms of mania, as measured by a specific rating scale (confirm with trial site)
- People taking medications that increase the risk of dehydration, such as lithium, certain antipsychotic medications, or insulin
- People who have had an active eating disorder or substance use disorder within the past 12 months
- People who started antidepressant or psychiatric medications less than 8 weeks ago, or who had a dose change less than 4 weeks before the screening visit
- People who started psychotherapy within the past 3 months
- People who are not willing to keep their psychiatric medications and psychotherapy unchanged for the entire duration of the study
- People who have been hospitalised for a psychiatric reason within the past year
- People diagnosed with a neurological condition that could affect their ability to participate safely
- People currently receiving ketamine treatment, electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), or transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)
- People who are unable to follow the study procedures, such as travelling to the yoga studio locations
