Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be over 18 years old
- You have been diagnosed with heart failure that is mild to moderate in severity (meaning you may have some symptoms during activity, but you are not severely limited)
- You are physically able to exercise
- You are currently on a stable treatment plan for cardiac amyloidosis (a condition where abnormal proteins build up in the heart), or you are being monitored without treatment
- You are expected to live for at least 6 months or more
- You are able to understand and willing to sign a consent form written in English
- You are willing and able to take part in a cardiac rehabilitation exercise program
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not able to give informed consent to participate
- You are unable to commit to attending in-person supervised exercise sessions three times a week (one hour each session) for 12 weeks
- You have severe heart failure that significantly limits your daily activities even at rest
- You have a lung condition that requires you to use oxygen at home
- You have problems with balance or walking, or you have a history of falls
- In the opinion of the lead doctor running the trial, you have another serious health condition that could affect your ability to complete the trial or affect the accuracy of the results (confirm with trial site)
