Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must be a patient who has been in the intensive care unit (ICU) for at least 12 hours and has been assessed as being at higher risk of developing physical or psychological problems after your ICU stay (measured using specific screening tools called PROGRESS-ICU/PREPICS)
Who may not be able to join:
- You have dementia or other significant memory or thinking problems
- You have a brain or spinal cord injury that has caused lasting structural damage
- You have multiple decisions in place limiting the level of medical treatment you can receive
- You are not able to communicate sufficiently in Swedish
