Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 or older, of any sex

- People who have a history of lung inflammation (non-infectious pneumonia or interstitial lung disease) that required steroid treatment, or who currently have these conditions
- People who have been previously diagnosed with an immune deficiency condition, such as immunoglobulin deficiency or aplastic anaemia
- People with a known history of HIV infection
- People with active hepatitis B (based on specific virus levels in the blood) or active hepatitis C infection
- People with a known history of active tuberculosis
- People who received a live or weakened (attenuated) vaccine within 30 days before the first dose — inactivated vaccines are generally permitted
- People who have had another cancer within the past year that requires treatment — certain skin cancers or non-invasive cancers that have been successfully treated may still be considered (confirm with trial site)
- People who have brain or nervous system metastases causing symptoms, or inflammation of the membranes around the brain or spinal cord
- People who have had a severe allergic reaction (level 3 or above) to any of the study drugs (pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, platinum-based drugs, or osimertinib) or their ingredients
- People with an active infection that requires systemic treatment
- People with other serious medical conditions that the trial doctor believes could put them at risk or interfere with the trial results — such as poorly controlled diabetes, liver failure, or significant mental illness
- People with a confirmed mental illness or substance use problem that would interfere with following the trial requirements
- People who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding at any point from the screening visit through to 180 days after the last dose
- People who have received a transplant of donated tissue or a solid organ
- People who are not able to attend regular follow-up visits
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial or who have used another experimental drug or device
