Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma that has come back (relapsed) or stopped responding to treatment (refractory).
- People whose myeloma showed signs of getting worse either during or within 12 months of finishing their most recent myeloma treatment (measured from the last dose of that treatment).
- People who have previously received at least two specific types of myeloma treatment: a proteasome inhibitor and an immunomodulatory agent (confirm with trial site for which part of the trial applies).

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have, or have previously had, myeloma that has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
- People who have, or have previously had, certain related blood or protein disorders, including plasma cell leukemia, Waldenström's macroglobulinemia, POEMS syndrome, or a significant form of amyloidosis.
- People who have a history of, or are currently experiencing, significant brain or nervous system conditions such as seizures, stroke, severe brain injury, dementia, Parkinson's disease, cerebellar disease, speech problems (aphasia), or active psychosis.
- There are additional criteria set out in the trial protocol that may also affect whether someone is able to join (confirm with trial site).
