- People with a known allergy to the contrast dye (gadolinium) used in some MRI scans.
- People currently taking immune-modulating medications such as ocrelizumab or hydroxychloroquine.
- People currently taking blood-thinning medications (such as warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, dabigatran, or enoxaparin).
- People currently taking Fampridine or 4-aminopyridine.
- People who plan to start taking Fampridine or 4-aminopyridine at any point during the study.
- People who plan to start taking Baclofen or Tizanidine during the study period.
- People who increase their dose of Baclofen or Tizanidine at any point during the study.
- People who receive Botulinum toxin (such as Botox) injections into the leg muscles during the study period.
- People who are unable or unwilling to have gadolinium-enhanced MRI scans.
- People with a known history of blood clots in the arms or upper limbs.
