- You are pregnant
- Your jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes) is caused by a blockage in the bile ducts or a bile flow problem, rather than liver disease itself
- The trial doctors have decided for any other reason that participation would not be appropriate for you (confirm with trial site)
