Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Doctors expect you to live for more than 12 weeks.
- You have been diagnosed with multiple myeloma confirmed through physical checks, lab tests, tissue samples, and scans.
- Your multiple myeloma has stopped responding to treatment (refractory myeloma).
- Your multiple myeloma has come back after previous treatment (relapsed myeloma).

- Your general health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a minimum score on a standard scale (confirm with trial site).
- You do not have serious heart, liver, kidney, or other major organ problems.
- Your myeloma came back or did not go into remission after a stem cell transplant or immune cell therapy.
- You are not a suitable candidate for a stem cell transplant, or you are unable to have one due to practical limitations.
- A blood sample can be taken from your vein for a cell collection procedure, with no other reasons preventing this.
- You understand the trial and are willing to sign a consent form.
Who may not be able to join:
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant within the next six months.
- You have an infectious disease such as HIV or active tuberculosis.
- You have an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection.
- A lab test showed that your immune cells did not respond well enough to the process needed to prepare them for treatment (confirm with trial site).
- Your vital signs (such as heart rate or blood pressure) are abnormal and you are unable to cooperate with testing.
- You have a mental health condition that would prevent you from cooperating with treatment or assessments.
- You have a history of severe allergies, particularly to a substance called IL-2.
- You currently have a serious infection (throughout the body or in one area) that requires treatment with antibiotics or similar medicines.
- You have a severe autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body).
- The trial doctors have identified another reason they feel makes joining the trial unsuitable for you (confirm with trial site).
