Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, endometrial cancer, or another type of solid tumour
- People whose tumour has a specific genetic change called a KRAS G12D mutation, and who also carry certain immune system markers called HLA-C*08:02 and either HLA-A*11:01 or HLA-A*11:02 (blood tests would confirm these)
- People with advanced cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, has spread, or is at Stage III or IV, and who have already received at least one standard approved cancer treatment with no curative options remaining
- People who have at least one tumour that can be measured on a scan, according to standard measurement guidelines
- People with a good general level of physical functioning, meaning they are able to carry out normal daily activities with little or no limitation (confirm with trial site)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had another separate cancer diagnosis within the past 3 years (exceptions may apply for certain skin cancers, early-stage contained cancers, or low-grade prostate cancer — confirm with trial site)
- People with a known, currently active cancer affecting the brain or central nervous system
- People who have previously received certain specialised cell or gene therapies, a donor stem cell transplant, or a solid organ transplant
- People who have had a stroke or mini-stroke within the past 12 months
- People with a significant heart condition diagnosed within the past 6 months, or any history of heart failure
- People who have received systemic cancer treatment too recently before enrolling (the trial has specific timing requirements — confirm with trial site)
- People with a primary immune system deficiency disorder
- People with an active immune system condition that requires ongoing treatment with steroids or other immune-suppressing medicines (exceptions may apply for side effects from previous checkpoint inhibitor therapy — confirm with trial site)
- Women who are currently breastfeeding or producing breast milk at the time of enrolment
- People who have previously been treated with medicines that target KRAS mutations, unless a KRAS G12D mutation has been confirmed in testing done after completing that treatment
