• People whose current situation may make it unsafe or difficult to participate, including those with a current need or plan to become pregnant, people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or people with conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, or schizophrenia
• People who are currently taking part in, or have recently taken part in, another clinical drug trial
• People considered unsuitable for the trial by the treating doctor, for any reason
