Schools:

  • Low-cost private secondary schools located in the greater Darjeeling area

School Principals:

  • Adults aged 18 or older

Students:

  • Aged between 13 and 17 years old
  • A student of an enrolled teacher
  • Scoring at a borderline or clinical level on standard assessments of emotional and behavioural difficulties, as reported by the student themselves and by a teacher (confirm with trial site for details on these assessments)
  • Each eligible student would have one lead teacher assigned, with up to two students per teacher, and other teachers also involved

Guardians:

  • Adults aged 18 or older
  • A guardian of an enrolled student
  • No history of suspected or confirmed child maltreatment

Who may not be able to join:

  • Anyone in any of the above groups who does not meet all of the relevant criteria listed for their group
