Who might be able to join this trial:
Based on family history or genetics:
- People aged 50 or older who have two or more relatives on the same side of the family diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, where at least two of those relatives are closely related to each other and at least one is a close blood relative (parent, sibling, or child) of the person joining
- People aged 50 or older who have two or more close blood relatives (parents, siblings, or children) diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
- People aged 50 or older who carry a known high-risk gene change in one of these genes: CDKN2A/p16, STK11 (linked to Peutz-Jeghers syndrome), or PRSS1 (linked to hereditary pancreatitis)
- People aged 50 or older who have one or more relatives with pancreatic cancer and also carry a known high-risk gene change in one of these genes: ATM, BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, TP53, or genes linked to Lynch syndrome (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, or EPCAM)
Based on pancreatic cysts:
- People aged 18 or older who have pancreatic cysts that meet specific concerning or high-risk features, such as: a blocked bile duct caused by a cyst in the head of the pancreas; a growth inside the cyst measuring 5mm or more; a main pancreatic duct measuring 10mm or more; a narrowed pancreatic duct with upstream widening of 6mm or more; a cyst 3cm or larger; a smaller growth inside the cyst; thickened or inflamed cyst walls; a main duct between 5–9mm; a history of pancreatitis; swollen lymph nodes; a raised CA 19-9 blood marker; or a cyst that has grown 5mm or more over two years
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are not able to give informed consent to participate
- People who have received a bone marrow transplant from another person, or who currently have an active blood cancer such as leukaemia or lymphoma
- People who have a current or past diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, or who have had their entire pancreas removed
- People who are currently incarcerated in prison
- People who are not able to speak or read English

Develop a biobank of biospecimens and data of subjects without pancreatic cancer who are at high risk for pancreatic cancer; Follow subjects longitudinally and collect biospecimens and follow-up data and record medical outcomes
