- People who have been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma
- People whose medical team has determined they are suitable for a stem cell transplant using their own cells, or those who are not suitable for this type of transplant

- People who are unable to commit to a 10-week exercise program and the required testing sessions at the Cancer Rehabilitation Clinic at the University of Alberta
