Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are female
- People who are between 18 and 40 years old at the time of joining
- People who had their first period at least one year before joining the trial
- People who have had at least one menstrual period in the last 40 days

- People who are currently breastfeeding or pumping, or who have stopped within the last two months
- People who have been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)
- People who are taking certain medications, including glucocorticoids, drugs that affect how quickly the stomach empties, Metformin, SGLT-2 inhibitors, or GLP-1 medications (confirm with trial site if unsure whether a current medication falls into these categories)
- People who regularly work rotating night and day shifts (for example, switching between night and day shifts on a weekly basis)
- People who have taken part in another interventional research study in the two months before joining, or who are currently participating in one
