Who may be able to join
- People who are willing to take part voluntarily and sign a consent form agreeing to join the study.
- People diagnosed with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be removed by surgery, at a specific stage (stage II to IIIB), with certain limitations on how far it has spread.

- People aged between 18 and 75 years old, of any gender.

- People with suspected cancer spread to lymph nodes in the chest may need an additional tissue sample taken (using a procedure such as bronchoscopy, thoracoscopy, or mediastinoscopy) to confirm the diagnosis before joining (confirm with trial site).
- People whose lung function — as measured by breathing tests — is considered sufficient to safely undergo lung surgery.
- People whose blood counts and organ function results meet specific minimum levels, including blood cell counts, liver function, kidney function, thyroid hormone levels, and blood clotting measures (confirm with trial site for exact values).
- Female participants of childbearing age must use contraception during the trial; male participants whose partners are of childbearing age must also use effective contraception during the trial.
Who may not be able to join

- People who have an active infection at the time of joining.
- People with a condition that affects how the immune system works, including HIV infection.
