Who may be able to join
- Adults aged 18 or older (male or female).
- People with a good general level of physical functioning, as measured by a standard medical scale (ECOG score of 0 or 1).

- People with severe liver or kidney problems.
- People who have needed corticosteroids (such as prednisone at more than 10 mg per day, or an equivalent dose of a similar medicine) or other immune-suppressing medicines within 14 days before the first study treatment.
- People who have had another cancer within the past 5 years, unless it was a localised cancer that has been fully cured.
- People with a history of, or currently living with, lung conditions such as pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial pneumonia, dust-related lung disease, radiation-related lung damage, drug-related lung damage, or severely reduced lung function.
- People with high blood pressure that is not well controlled.
- People who have previously had an organ transplant, including a stem cell transplant using donor cells.
- People with a known allergy to the study drug or any of its ingredients.
- People whom the trial investigators consider unsuitable for participation for any other reason.
