Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults between 40 and 85 years of age, of any sex, may be eligible to participate.
- Participants must be willing to sign a written consent form after being informed about the nature of the study, or if unable to provide consent themselves, a designated study partner must be available to consent on their behalf and attend study visits with them.
- People diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (PD), Multiple System Atrophy (MSA), Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP), or healthy individuals acting as controls may be eligible, with diagnoses confirmed by a specialist review committee.
- Participants will be asked — but not required — to consider donating their brain for research after death, if they have PD, MSA, or PSP.
Who may not be able to join:
- Women who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding are not eligible; women who could potentially become pregnant will be asked to take a pregnancy test before receiving any study injections.
- People with a form of parkinsonism other than PD, PSP, or MSA as defined by the study are not eligible.
- People with a major psychiatric condition, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, are not eligible (a history of major depressive disorder is allowed).

- People with a medical reason that prevents them from having an MRI scan, such as having certain types of implanted medical devices, are not eligible.
- People with any current medical condition, illness, or disorder that a doctor or investigator considers could affect their safety or ability to complete the study are not eligible.
