Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are willing to take part voluntarily and sign a consent form
• People aged 18 to 75 years old
• People whose cancer has been confirmed by a tissue or cell sample to be pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma or adenocarcinoma
• People who have not yet received any systemic (whole-body) treatment for pancreatic cancer that has spread or cannot be surgically removed
• People who have at least one tumour that can be measured using standard imaging guidelines
• People who are in relatively good physical condition and able to carry out daily activities (rated 0 or 1 on a standard health scale used by doctors)
• People with an estimated life expectancy of at least 3 months
• People whose major organs (such as liver, kidneys, and bone marrow) are functioning well enough, as confirmed by blood tests
• Women who could become pregnant must agree to use reliable contraception from the time of signing the consent form until at least 120 days after the last dose, must have a negative pregnancy test, and must not be breastfeeding
• Male participants whose partner could become pregnant must agree to use reliable contraception from signing the consent form until at least 120 days after the last dose, and must agree not to donate sperm during that same period

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose pancreatic cancer is confirmed to be a different type, such as acinar cell carcinoma, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours, or pancreatoblastoma
• People who have had another cancer in the past 5 years, except for certain localised cancers that have been fully treated and cured
• People with known active or untreated cancer that has spread to the brain, spinal cord, or the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord
• People who have had a life-threatening bleed or are considered at clear risk of serious bleeding within the 6 months before joining the trial
• People who have had major surgery or a serious injury within 28 days before joining, or who are expected to need major surgery during the trial
• People with poorly controlled high blood pressure (systolic at or above 140 mmHg and/or diastolic at or above 90 mmHg), or who have a history of a hypertensive crisis or hypertensive encephalopathy (a severe brain condition related to high blood pressure)
• People who have had a serious blood clot or stroke-related event — such as a stroke, mini-stroke, brain bleed, deep vein thrombosis, or pulmonary embolism — within the 6 months before joining
• People who have previously received treatments that target the immune system's response to cancer, such as immune checkpoint therapies or immune cell therapies
• People who have had an active autoimmune disease requiring treatment with systemic medication within the past 2 years, or whose autoimmune disease may return or require ongoing treatment (as judged by the doctor)
• People with active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
• People with a known history of immune system deficiency or who are HIV positive
• People who the trial doctor considers unsuitable for the study for any other reason
