- People who have had any type of surgical removal of adenomas (growths in the bowel) larger than 20 mm, or who have had an early-stage bowel cancer (T1) removed by endoscopy (a camera procedure).
- People who agree to follow the treatment and follow-up program for this trial.

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been placed in a "high-risk" group because they have more than 4 small polyps (growths).
- People who are pregnant.

- People who regularly take COX inhibitors — a group of anti-inflammatory or pain-relief medicines that includes Aspirin, Celecoxib, Ibuprofen, Diclofenac, Ketoprofen, Ketorolac, Indometacin, Naproxen, or Piroxicam — or who regularly take immune-suppressing medicines such as Methotrexate, Azathioprine, or glucocorticoids (steroids).
- People who are currently receiving treatment (such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy) for a different type of cancer.
- People with serious heart or other organ problems rated as NYHA Class III or IV, meaning conditions that significantly limit physical activity or cause symptoms at rest (confirm with trial site).
- People who have Lynch syndrome, an inherited condition that increases the risk of certain cancers.
