Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma (a type of bile duct cancer), multiple myeloma (a blood cancer), or colon or rectal cancer that was diagnosed at an early age
- People diagnosed with multiple myeloma who identify as African-American
- People diagnosed with colon or rectal cancer who identify as African-American AND were no older than 65 years old at the time of their diagnosis
- People who are at least 18 years old
- People who are able to understand and are willing to sign a written consent form that has been approved by an ethics review board

- People diagnosed with multiple myeloma who do not identify as African-American
- People diagnosed with colon or rectal cancer who do not identify as African-American
- People diagnosed with colon or rectal cancer who were older than 65 years old at the time of their diagnosis
- People under 18 years old
- People who are unable or unwilling to sign the required consent form
