Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are willing to take part voluntarily and able to follow the study requirements after signing a consent form
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old (inclusive)
  • You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer confirmed by a tissue or cell sample test
  • Your pancreatic cancer has spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV / metastatic)
  • You have not yet received any full-body (systemic) treatment for your metastatic pancreatic cancer
  • You have at least one tumour that can be measured on a scan, according to standard criteria
  • You are generally able to carry out daily activities with no or minimal limitations (confirm with trial site for exact fitness level required)
  • You are expected to live for at least 12 weeks

Who may not be able to join:

  • You have received certain immune-boosting or immune-modifying treatments in the 2 weeks before starting the trial
  • You have had another type of cancer in the past 5 years
  • You have had major surgery within 4 weeks before starting the trial
  • You have had radiotherapy to relieve symptoms within 1 week, or more intensive radiotherapy within 4 weeks, before starting the trial
  • You have a known allergy to any of the study drugs: surufatinib, camrelizumab, nab-paclitaxel, or gemcitabine
  • You have taken certain medications that strongly affect how the liver processes drugs, within a specific time period before starting the trial (confirm with trial site)
  • You have used immune-suppressing medications within 4 weeks before starting the trial
  • You have a significant liver condition, such as active hepatitis or moderate to severe liver scarring (cirrhosis)
  • You currently have high blood pressure that cannot be controlled with medication
