Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who can speak and read English fluently
- People who are able to give their own informed consent to participate
- People who are at least 12 weeks pregnant, or who have given birth within the last 12 weeks

Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have a clinically diagnosed psychiatric condition other than depression
- People who have previously been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition other than depression or generalised anxiety disorder — this includes a history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, substance abuse disorders, or eating disorders
- People who have a clinical diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Parkinson's disease, or any other current neurological condition
