Who might be able to join this trial:
- People between the ages of 45 and 75 who have been diagnosed with a high-risk neoplasm (an abnormal growth found during bowel screening) in the past 5 years — some of whom had a follow-up colonoscopy and some who did not (for the interview part of the study)
- Primary care doctors and gastroenterologists (bowel specialists) are also eligible to participate in the interview part of the study

- People aged 45 to 75 who were diagnosed with a high-risk neoplasm during a specific two-year period set by the study are eligible for the data review part of the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a personal history of bowel (colorectal) cancer, inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis), or a condition involving many bowel polyps (polyposis syndrome)
- People whose high-risk neoplasm diagnosis could not be confirmed through a review of their medical records
