Who might be able to join this trial:
- People whose main concern is symptoms of depression and/or anxiety.
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, a substance use disorder, psychotic symptoms, organic brain dysfunction, significant thoughts of suicide, or an intellectual disability.
- People who are currently receiving psychological therapy, unless that therapy is paused at the time of joining the trial, with the agreement of their therapist.
- People for whom using virtual reality could pose any level of risk, including those with epilepsy, an active or recent ear, nose, or throat condition or procedure, severe heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or pregnancy.
- People with significant difficulties with vision, hearing, or thinking and understanding.
- People who do not have sufficient ability to communicate in Spanish or Catalan.
