Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have previously been treated with certain types of immunotherapy drugs that target the immune system's checkpoint proteins (such as anti-PD-1 or anti-CTLA-4 treatments)
• You have previously received any cancer treatment (including experimental treatments) for pancreatic cancer
• You have had radiotherapy within the last 2 weeks before starting the trial
• You have taken part in another clinical trial or used an experimental medical device within the last 4 weeks
• You have a complete deficiency of a specific enzyme called dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (confirm with trial site)
• You have had a severe allergic reaction to pembrolizumab (one of the study drugs) or its ingredients
• You have an immune system condition, or you are currently taking high-dose steroid medication or other drugs that suppress your immune system
