Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who can speak and write in French or English
- People who have access to the internet and a digital device (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who report very severe symptoms of depression, based on a standard questionnaire score (PHQ-9 score of 23 or higher)
- People who have had thoughts about being better off dead, hurting themselves, or wishes to kill themselves in the past two weeks, as identified through standard depression questionnaires
- People who have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or who have active problems related to substance use or dependence
- People who are currently taking medications called benzodiazepines (a type of medication sometimes used for anxiety or sleep)
