Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older, of any gender
• People whose pancreatic cancer (specifically pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma) has been confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test
• People who have not yet received any systemic (whole-body) treatment for locally advanced or metastatic pancreatic cancer

Who may not be able to join:

• People with untreated, active cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining of the brain or spinal cord
• People currently taking part in another clinical trial using an experimental drug, or who have done so within the past 4 weeks (or within a timeframe based on how long the drug stays in the body, whichever is shorter)
• People who have received any other cancer treatment within the past 4 weeks (or within a timeframe based on how long the drug stays in the body, whichever is shorter)
• People who have had major surgery within 4 weeks before starting the trial, or who have not fully recovered from surgery by that point (diagnostic biopsies are an exception)
• People who have received radiation therapy aimed at curing their cancer within the past 3 months, or radiation covering a large area of the body or more than 30% of bone marrow within the past 4 weeks
• People currently taking immune-suppressing medicines such as steroids, unless they are able to stop these before starting the trial (some exceptions apply for people with adrenal insufficiency, or those using inhaled or topical steroids at low doses — confirm with trial site)
• People who have received a live vaccine within 28 days before starting the trial (inactivated vaccines, such as standard flu shots, are an exception)
• People with interstitial lung disease, or a history of lung inflammation (pneumonitis) that required steroid treatment
• People with a current or past autoimmune disease that could worsen with immune-stimulating treatment
• People with a history of another cancer, uncontrolled ongoing illness, prior treatment with certain immune-targeting drugs, or a known severe allergic reaction to antibody-based medicines (confirm with trial site)
